SQ Eads, "Sunny," is the author of Cover Blurb A, Angels in Cowboy Boots
ISBN: 978-1453627402

About the author: Sunny (SQ) Eads, an award winning author, was born and raised in southern Arizona. She received her higher education at Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona and flew several years with American Airlines. Her love of Arizona and the mountains surrounding the state are evident in all of her novels thus far. Sunny has lived in Arizona, New York, Pennsylvania, New Mexico and Texas. Inspiration for her characters comes from the hero she married, her two lovely daughters and especially her six wonderful grandchildren.

About the book: Two years ago Sarah Bentley lost everything except her faith and it teeters in sync with her hesitant steps. Now a chance encounter with four-year-old Matt and his uncle, Dave McKeever, brings hope for the future with a job, a wonderful new place to live, and...dare she dream?...love. Active outdoors man, Dave McKeever, battles the instant attraction between them believing God can't possibly want him to marry a woman held together by titanium joints and steel rods when he needs a capable, athletic mate. Though God's love brings them up out of the valley of pain and death, can they trust Him not to thrust them there again?

Writing history: I've published five novels: Angels In Cowboy Boots, Arizona Aussie, Unlikely Partners, When Love is wRight, Arizona Redemption. Two chapters down on number six.

Sunny's Question to readers: What is most important to you in a book -- liking the characters, the theme, or the dialogue and interaction?

Christine Lindsay is the author of Cover Blurb B, Shadowed in Silk.
ISBN: 978-0976544494

About the author: Christine Lindsay is an award-winning writer of Christian Inspirational Historicals. Shadowed in Silk is her debut novel, which won the 2009 ACFW Genesis award in the historical category. Christine, her husband, and their grownup family live in British Columbia, Canada. She loves being Nana to her 3 little grandsons.

About the book: She was invisible to those who should have loved her.

After the Great War, Abby Fraser returns to India with her small son, where her husband is stationed with the British army. She has longed to go home to the land of glittering palaces and veiled women . . . but Nick has become a cruel stranger. It will take more than her American pluck to survive.

Major Geoff Richards, broken over the loss of so many of his men in the trenches of France, returns to his cavalry post in Amritsar. But his faith does little to help him understand the ruthlessness of his British peers toward the Indian people he loves. Nor does it explain how he is to protect Abby Fraser and her child from the husband who mistreats them.

Amid political unrest, inhospitable deserts, and Russian spies, tensions rise in India as the people cry for the freedom espoused by Gandhi. Caught between their own ideals and duty, Geoff and Abby stumble into sinister secrets . . . secrets that will thrust them out of the shadows and straight into the fire of revolution.

Writing history: Shadowed in Silk is Christine's debut novel, coming May 1 as an eBook, Sept. 1 for the printed version---First place winner of the 2009 ACFW Genesis for Historical. Her current work is Sofi's Bridge (formerly Hidden Light) and 2010 FHL Touched By Love 2nd place winner for a Historical.

Christine's Question for readers: When you see that a novel is set in an international setting, does this make you bypass it for a story that is set at home in the US?

Come back on Monday for an interview with Sunny, and again on Wednesday for an interview with Christine. On Friday we'll post the Conqueror and the drawing winners for Sunny's book, When Love is wRight, and Christine's book, Shadowed in Silk (in either e-book or print format).
