Thank you to the Runner up Sunny Eads for playing along with us. Each author will receive a button for her web site.

Some of the encouraging comments included the following:
Both stories sound very interesting! I sense an author's desire in the first entry to convey the struggle Dave faces in making his decision, and I feel the author's compelling need in the second entry to draw the reader into the political conflict swirling around the characters in British India. Great job both!
Both of these blurbs make me want to know more! The second one tells a story I want to read a bit more though. This is a case where an attractive FRONT cover might have determined which of these I read first and walked away from a store with.
That first blurb just sounds wonderful! Definitely a hook:)
Oh, India! Sounds mysterious!! Makes me wonder if this is a romance or not. Would def give this book a go.Thank you all for your kind comments and encouraging words for these authors.
And now, the drawing winners:
For a copy of Shadowed in Silk: JFFROMKE

Goodness, the hated back blurb. Congrats on winning. Not an easy thing to do!
Thank you every one, especially Sunny and Lisa. What a fun contest. And to every one for their positive comments. Shadowed in Silk is a book about political intrigue---spies, revolution, but ultimately it's a love story---an impossible love between a man and a woman, but even higher than that---the love of God drawing a woman to Him, and lifting the veil of sin from her face so He can see her face-to-face.
But I have to admit, most of the work on the back blurb was done by my extremely talented publisher, a writer in her own right, Roseanna White of WhiteFire Publishing. Thank you Roseanna and David.
Congratulations, Christine! Sunny, we were so happy to have you play along with us. I hope you submit again sometime.
Christine, my good friend in VA has the biggest M.M.Kaye fan that I know. Sarah actually introduced me to Kaye. She has Shadow of the Moon and will be mailing it to me. Yay! I'll let you know what I thought of it.
Congrats to our book drawing winners too!
I hope you enjoy it half as much as I do. And when you do, please let me know what you think of Captain Alex Randall.
I very much enjoyed these two weeks. It's fun to get to know authors I wouldn't meet other places. Best wishes to all of you.
Congratulations, Christine! Welcome to the family. ;)
